2022 Awards for Excellence in Public Relations – Final Shortlist including the Young Communication Professional of the Year finalists
Every year the Awards for Excellence in Public Relations, hosted by the PRCA (Ireland) and PRII, celebrate the very best of Irish Public Relations and Communications work over the previous twelve months.
Our panel of 13 judges, led by Neasa Kane-Fine FPRII, have been burning the midnight oil over the last few weeks, working through and assessing what they tell us are an exceptional set of entries this year. Word from them is that, once again, this year’s entries show innovation, creativity and skill.
Now they have finished their deliberations and the 2022 Awards for Excellence in Public Relations shortlist is ready for publication. In all over 50 campaigns have been shortlisted and you can see them here.
A great range of organisations entered the competition across the 27 categories. The Young Communications Professional of the Year category continues to show that the future of the profession is in talented young hands.
Four early career professionals have been shortlisted for the 2022 Young Communication Professional of the Year title – the shortlist can be seen here.
All that remains is to thank all our judges and auditors for their hard work and dedication over recent weeks which all goes towards raising the standards in the Public Relations and Communication profession in Ireland. We also express our gratitude to Awards sponsors Fennell Photography (In-house PR Team of the Year), Onclusive (PRCA Agency of the Year), RuePoint (Best Issues Led Campaign) and Paragon.
This year we are thrilled to announce that our Awards gala lunch ceremony will back in person in the Round Room at Dublin’s Mansion House on Friday 24th June 2022. You can book you place by contacting Annmarie Jordan [email protected]. The tickets are €176 each. Book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
