Alice Public Relations has been named one of the Top 50 most inspiring workplaces in the EMEA region at the Inspiring Workplaces Awards in London earlier this month.

The PR agency also received a ‘special category’ award, being named as one of the Top 5 most inspiring workplaces in the ‘small business’ category. The ‘small business’ category covers companies employing fewer than 50 people. According to the organisers, Alice is the only Irish-owned company in the Top 50.

Inspiring Workplaces is headquartered in the UK and operates in North America, Africa and Australasia. The organisation recognises “forward-thinking, people-first” organisations; celebrates innovative workplaces; and encourages positive workplace change.

For the 2023 Inspiring Workplaces Awards, entrants were asked to describe their approach to six key elements that, according to the organisers, are fundamental to creating an “inspiring workplace”. These included:

  • Culture and Purpose;
  • Leadership;
  • Wellbeing;
  • Inclusion and Diversity;
  • Communication; and
  • Employee Experience.

The awards ceremony took place in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday, 11th May, and was attended by representatives from Alice’s Board of Directors and Senior Management Team – Founder and MD, Martina Quinn, MPRII, Board Member Raj Gosal, and Directors Niamh Breathnach, MPRII and Emily Brennan, MPRII.
